Five staff are employed at Cricket NSW to service umpiring and scoring across the State:

Executive Officer, NSWCUSA 

Troy Penman

NSWCUSA member since 2010

Troy commenced employment with the Association in September 2009 as the Administration Officer before being promoted to the Administration Manager role in December 2012. In September 2019, Troy was promoted to be the Executive Officer, NSWCUSA to oversee the running of the Association.



State Umpire Manager & Coach, Cricket NSW

Darren Goodger

NSWCUSA member since 1993

Darren commenced employment with the Association in May 2008 as Senior Umpire Educator, Cricket Australia & Education and Development Manager, Cricket NSW. In December 2012, Darren began in the Executive Officer role and in September 2019 was promoted to Senior Manager, Cricket at Cricket NSW. He retains the role of State Umpire Manager and Coach to mentor umpires through the New South Wales pathway.



Administrator, NSWCUSA

Bede Sajowitz

NSWCUSA member since 2015

Bede commenced employment on 12 October 2018 as the Administration Officer, becoming the Administrator in September 2019. His focus areas are to provide membership services to the members of NSWCUSA and support the Executive Officer.



Umpire Educator-Female Engagement, Cricket NSW

Claire Polosak

NSWCUSA member since 2005

Claire commenced employment on 8 August 2016. Her focus areas are to provide resource and teaching support in the area of umpire education and to engage with females in the cricket community so as to increase the number of qualified and active female umpires in New South Wales Cricket.



Education Officer, NSWCUSA

Ben Treloar

NSWCUSA member since 2006

Ben commenced employment on 22 November 2019. His focus areas are to provide education and development for both prospective match officials and current members of NSWCUSA.
