June Umpire Training Course in Bankstown

After a pandemic-enforced break, we are delighted to confirm a return to face-to-face Laws of Cricket training in metropolitan Sydney later this month.

The Association will be facilitating a Level Two umpire training course across two days at Bankstown Sports Club, Greenfield Parade, Bankstown on June 26-27 – starting at 9am and finishing at 5pm each day.

Open to all, the course will provide an in-depth knowledge of the current edition of the Laws of Cricket with an assessment on the Sunday afternoon.

Umpiring is a great way to get, or stay, involved in the game – from what is regarded the best seat in the house.

If you have ever considered getting involved as a cricket umpire, then this training course is the place to begin!

The accreditation available for successfully completing this course is recognised right across New South Wales and Australia – from your local competition through to Premier Cricket.

The cost of the course is $50 which includes a copy of the Laws of Cricket and all required course resources.

You can register here: bit.ly/3p8chDB

Places are limited, so be quick and don’t miss out!

Full details of courses being facilitated outside Sydney will be confirmed in the coming days.
